TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Membership to http://www.wizzardoreas-world.co.uk or purchase of individual templates is offered to you only on acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued access to Wizzardoreas World assumes your acceptance with these terms and it is your responsibility to review these terms frequently.

Use of content on Wizzardoreas World: The use of templates and/or graphics are only available to Current Members. If your Subscription expires you NO LONGER reserve the right to use our templates. The ONLY Exception is where an auction has been Posted BEFORE the subscription has expired.

You do not have the right to use our templates once you have cancelled your membership.

Non Members can NOT use ANY content of Wizzardoreas-World at ANY time unless they have purchased a template individually. The exception being use of FREE Background tiles where a Link back is required.

Your IP Address will be logged upon commencement of your membership. We check our records daily, if your IP address does not match the address as logged upon registration it suggests that you are allowing non members to login and take templates. This is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED and anyone caught doing this will have their Subscription suspended without any prior notice pending an investigation. If it is found that a member has allowed a non-member to access our site your Subscription will be cancelled, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. You will Not be allowed to re-apply to become a member at any time.

GRAPHICS: The graphics used at Wizzardoreas World are copyright protected by their respective artists. They must stay on the templates. All links on templates MUST be left intact.  We have purchased the rights to use the artists graphics and give credit where credit is due.  If it is found that you have removed  any links your membership will be terminated without prior notice and your membership will be cancelled. NO Refunds will be given.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription to Wizzardoreas World at any time by logging into your Paypal Account and cancelling the subscription. NO REFUNDS ARE OFFERED if you choose to cancel your membership before the end of your subscription period.

Privacy Policy: The details you submit during registration are stored in a password protected database. While we try to maintain maximum security for your data, it may be subject to interception while in transit across the internet. We will never share or sell your personal details to 3rd parties.

Disclaimer:  If our Web Host encounter server problems it is unlikely that the images on your templates will show. This is beyond our control and we will NOT be held responsible.
