Caribbean Coconut Float

Ingredients

50ml Baileys®
Irish Cream
-
1 scoop of coconut ice
cream
-
100ml milk
-
1 tsp desiccated
coconut
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
2 fresh mint leaves
Method
Pour Baileys® into a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice.
Add 100ml milk. Shake well.
Put 1 scoop of coconut ice cream into a cocktail
glass.
Pour mixture over ice cream.
Sprinkle desiccated coconut and cinnamon over it
all.
Serve with a couple of mint leaves on top.
